An accessorial isn’t showing on the dropdown selection list
If you’ve added a custom accessorial to the TMS and you are trying to add that to a shipment, you will not be able to. For Freight Bazaar shipments, only the system default, or “static”, accessorials will be able to be added onto a load. The reason for this is that the static accessorials will be standard in every users system, custom accessorials are not. If a custom accessorial is used, it cannot be synced to the buyers system.

The load was cancelled, but we want to reinstate it
If a load or shipment is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated like a non Freight Bazaar load. We recommend either using the duplicate or exact duplicate functions or creating a new load.
