The quick search, or the search bar at the top of the TMS is a great way to quickly search for results. However it is limited to what fields you are able to search for. Please see below for the list of results that can be returned and what fields are searchable for those results:
Customer: Name
Shipment: Load Number, BOL Number, PO Number, PRO Number, Shipper Number, Pickup Number
Commodities: Container Number
Carrier: Name, DOT Number, MC Number
Users: Staff Email Address, Customer Email Address, Carrier Email Address
Custom Reference Field: Values
