Brokerware V2 includes an electronic signature feature for Rate Quote Confirmations. Refer to the instructions below to learn how to get your customer set up for electronic signatures.
Step 1:
Go to the customer profile you’re looking to set up electronic signatures for and click Notifications.
Step 2:
Make sure the notification for Quote Created is enabled.
Step 3:
Go to that customer’s contacts, select a contact, and make sure Operations Notifications is set to Yes.
Step 4:
Once the customer is set up any load that’s created can send the email for electronic signature. The email for electronic signature will be triggered once the load is moved to Booked status with a carrier assigned to the load, and the commodity has a billed & cost value set.
Step 5:

The link takes them to a page to electronically sign the form (found at the bottom of the page).
